The venue has recently refurbished rooms and outstandingly accommodating and amiable staff who perhaps have forgotten about customer service. It is in incredible location to Waterworld Ayia Napa, set a short walk to the hotel. It's based in idyllic area, to the standard entertainment in the Bacchus Bar. À la carte restaurant has fabulous food choices.

Helpful, pleasant, and professional day staff. Amazing, postcard-worthy room with beach view. Numerous bars and restaurants available. Lovely sea view on 3rd floor, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Right next to the beach. Warm enough to relax and sunbathe in early December. Indoor pool okay. Great parking.

We had to change rooms, because our first room was directly above the bar and we couldn't sleep because of the shows in the evening before 11 pm... But the change was no problem thanks to the nice staff
